Francisca Cohen was a daughter of Isaak Cohen and Jeanetta van Zuiden. She was the 2nd wife of Abraham van Zuiden, to whom she was married in Doetinchem on 3 November 1929. They had no children together.
Francisca was a sister of Simon Cohen and Sophia Cohen.
