Juda Schrijver was a son of Hartog Schrijver and Sara Delden. He married Schoontje Gobes in Amsterdam on 21 Augustus 1889, a daughter of Jacob Hartog Gobes and Lea Elias Delden. The couple had eight children: Philip, Lea, Hartog, Salomon, Mietje, Nathan, Jacob and Sara.
