Andries Isaia Cune was the son of Jesaia Andries Cune and Rebecca van der Biezen. Andries Isaia married in 1874 to Elisabeth Polanus, who died in 1934 in The Hague. They had eight children: Isaia Andries, Jacob Andries, Ariana, Rebekka, Wolf Adolph and Henriette. Two children died when they are young.
