Max Pool was an architect, and belonged to the Amsterdam society Architectura et Amicitia. He worked at Van Tijen architect’s firm. Max Pool designed mansions in Diemen, the Palmkazerne in Bussum and the Air Force Training School in Soesterberg (1940).
