Willem Slier was married to Dina van der Maas, who passed away in 1932 forty-six years old. She is buried in Jewish cemetery "Toepad" in Rotterdam. Willem and Dina Slier had ten children, of which six were killed during the war: Jacob en David, who still lived at home. And Abraham, Michiel, Leentje and Henriette, who resided at other addresses. Four children survived the war because of mixed marriages.
