Hendrika van Brink was a daughter of Israel van Brink and Wilhelmina Stoppelman. She married in Amsterdam on 18 January 1917 to the opera singer Levie Coster, who was 32 years of age, but from whom she has been divorced on 31 December 1920. Then she married 446731 in 1921 in Amsterdam but divorced him in 1934. Hendrika van Brink remarried in 1935 in Amsterdam to 529803 from whom she also divorced on 14 February 1941. In september 1942 she remarried 489252.
Hendrika van Brink had seven other siblings: Grietje, who has survived the Holocaust, Lodewijk, Elisabeth, who has survived the war too and who was married to Simon Gobets, Francina, Elske, married to Mozes Lion de Vries but already passed away in 1910, (he remarried in 1911 to Lea Simons), Lazarus and Schoontje
