Mozes Blog and Jette Peereboom were married at Westerbork transit camp on 12 November 1942. Mozes, a diamond worker by trade, had been married before to Lea Bierman; this marriage ended in divorce. He was a son of diamond worker Coenraad Blog and of Roosje Stodel. Jette, a seamstress by trade, was a daughter of merchant Gerrit Peereboom and of Alida Peeper.
