Jacob Isaac Brandon was first married to Aaltje de Vries. from this marriage three children were born: Isaac, Sara and Philip. After Aaltje de Vries passed away, Jacob Isaac Brandon married Roosje Appelboom in 1909. The couple had two more children: Gretha and Elisabeth.
Jacob Isaac Brandon died in 1942. he is buried at the Portuguese jewish cemetery at Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.
