The police commissioner of the documentation service in The Hague requested that Samuel Louis Cohen and his wife Frieda Cohen-Gerson be located, detained and brought to trial. They lived at 203 François Valentijnstraat in The Hague. They had changed their place of residence without obtaining the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
