British citizen, married in Rotterdam on 28 February 1928 Bajla Ferens from Poland. Jakob Szwajcer has survived the Holocaust and remarried after the war in Rotterdam to Ida Szmulewicz from Poland, who has survived the Shoah in Belgium. Jakob and Ida have two daughter, Charlotte and Chaja.
