Heidemann-Lewisohn

Rudolf was the older son of Hermann and Rosalie Heidemann. Hermann (*1887) served during WW I on the Western front and was killed in battle on 4th of Jan. 1916 in the Vosges mountains. His mother Rosalie Heidemann, née Lewisohn (1887), married again in 1930 with Arthur Bach (Judge). Rudolf left Berlin in 1937, his brother in 1938 and his mother and step father in 1939. Selma and Hermann left Amsterdam in 1935 and 1937 and emigrated to Palestine.
