About Simon Eisenmann

Simon Eisenmann, born in Amsterdam, was a son of Gerson Eisenmann from Frankfurt am Main and Rosa Ichenhäuser from Fürth. On 15 June 1938 he married Brunhilde Simon in Amsterdam but they had no children. His wife survived the war but Simon lost his life in Bergen Belsen on 16 November 1944.

Simon’s parents married in Fürth on 27 April 1903. His father however passed away already in 1918 and his mother died in 1938. They have been interred in the Jewish Cemetery at Muiderberg. Simon self was born into a family of five children. Two of his siblings have survived the Holocaust. However, he self and his sisters Eva Mina and Jeannette have been killed in the Shoah.
