Sophia Kransberg from Zutphen was a daughter of Levie Simon Kransberg and Marianne Philips. She married Nathan Bernhard van Blijdestein, on 22 November 1905 in Amsterdam, a religious teacher born in Zaltbommel and a son of Machiel van Blijdestein and Schönette Frank. The couple had two children: in 1906 a son was born in Emmen (province of Drenthe). From him is nothing further known. In 1915 their son Louis was born in Sittard. He has been killed somewhere in Mid Europe on 15 March 1945. Sophia Kransberg and her husband Nathan have been killed together on 14 May 1943 in Sobibor.
