About Dina Appelboom

Dina Appelboom was the youngest child of Samuel Appelboom and Roosje Sluijzer. Her father passed away already in 1935 and she lived in 1942 with her mother, her grandmother Dina Grijsaard, siblings Salomon, Abraham, Mozes and his wife Fanny, and her sister Mathilda at Jan Blankenstraat 41 in Den Haag. Her brother Mozes however still moved in 1942 to Lepelstraat in Amsterdam, the address of his father-in-law Benjamin van Kleef. Her eldest brother Levie has survived the Holocaust. His wife and little son, she self and all other of Dina's family were killed in the Shoah.
