Elizabeth Peper was a daughter of Emanuel Peper and Veronika Appel. She was divorced from Nathan van Zanten, who died before the war, and (ex) daughter-in-law of Annetje Droomer. She had three children who were musicians: Veronika, Juda and Abraham.
