Vogeltje Preso was a daughter of Israel Daniel Preso and Bloeme Goudsmit. She married in Amsterdam on 25 April 1889 to the widower of Roosje Hoepelman, Victor IJzerman, son of Jonas Ephraim IJzerman and Vogeltje Raphael Gazan. She was the stepmother of Mozes IJzerman.
Victor IJzerman passed away in Amsterdam on 30 April 1923.
