Jesaia Kooker, son of Meijer Kooker and Mietje Pais, married 6 January 1921 in Amsterdam to Eva Barnstein, a daughter of Meijer Barnstein and Grietje Kooker. The couple had two children: Wilhelmina and Max.
Jesaia Kooker had another brother Louis, who was married to Engeltje Barnstein, a sister of hiw wife Eva.
