Isaac Fles was a son of Hijman Fles and Rika Fles. He was a pedlar, street- and market vendor. He was unmarried.
Isaac came from a family with 12 children, of whom three childrene have died already at young age. His other siblings were Emanuel, Lea, Gracia, Sara, Benjamin, Jacob, Levie and Elisabeth.
