About Marinus Leonard Kan

At the start of World War II, Marinus Leonard Kan was chairman of the Nederlandse Zionistenbond (NZB). He tried to continue the Zionist activities during the war, especially the cultural efforts. He initiated the establishment of the Jewish coordination commission run by Lodewijk Ernst Visser.

Marinus Leonard Kan was involved in the efforts to forge Palestine certificates.
