David Königsberger was a son of Simon Königsberger. He was married three times. From his first marriage he had two children. In 1936 he married in Amsterdam for the third time, to a non-Jewish woman. During the war he continued travelling for his work, even though this was not permitted anymore to Jews. He was betrayed and deported to Mauthausen via Amersfoort.
