Alexander Sallie Willem Hendrik Cohen was a functionary at the Vegetables-and Fruit Marketing Board. Someone had sent an anonymous letter to the police. In this letter was written that Alexander Cohen had not surrendered his own, beautiful bicycle, but that he had sold it and surrendered a 'bad machine' instead. An investigator found it out. On 10 July 1942 Alexander Cohen was arrested and was deportated to Mauthausen.
