Liza van Zwanenberg was the daughter of Arnoldus van Zwanenberg. She was married and had one child. After her father died in 1941 her mother moved in with her in The Hague. Liza van Zwanenberg divorced from her husband during the war. Her mother and ex-husband survived the war.
