Duifje Bonavang-Schuitenvoerder was married to Maurits Bonavang. Maurits Bonavang was a humorist-singer and performed under the name Maurice Dumas (1878-1937). Duifje performed together with him for a long time. Together they produced many LP records in the early years (about 1905) of the Dutch record industry.
