Roza Wertheim worked in October 1941 as a seamstress with the lingerie- and ready-made clothing company SIDVA (Simon de Vries Ateliers) in Amsterdam. She then had been in office for two years.

Roza Wertheim married 497475 on 7 June 1942 in the New Synagogue in Amsterdam. Of her wedding day a film was made, which now is in the Jewish Historical Museum (inv. nr. 40000593).
