Elisabeth Frank-Blanes lived at 40 Zeestraat in Zandvoort. She served on the parents' committee of a school in Zandvoort. This was regarded as an honorary office, which Jews were no longer allowed to hold. In January 1941 Elisabeth Frank-Blanes received notice from the mayor of Zandvoort that she was relieved of this office.
