Simon Bilderbeek was a son of Isaac Bilderbeek and Betje Stibbe.

Simon Bilderbeek was registered since June 1921 at the Chamber of Commerce with his cattle trade on Willemskade 15. It is unknown how long the trade had existed already at that time. In accordance with § 7 VO 48/1941 (Nazi regulation to remove Jews from the trade and industry) the company was dissolved in May 1941.
