Carolina Sara van Perlstein was a daughter of Noach Nehemia van Perlstein, chairman of the Jewish community of Doetinchem, and Elisabeth Lankhout. Carolina Sara van Perlstein was married to Henri Blommekoper in The Hague in 1906.
