Heintje Moffie, a daughter of Levie Jonas Moffie and Judic Aron Waas, was married on 23 June 1880 in Amsterdm to Levie Goudeketting, who passed away in 1931. The couple had nine children of whom Jetje deceased in 1910 and Alexander in 1930. Alexander was married to Elisabeth Cohen Bromet who did not survive the war. Heintje's other children, Clara, Aaron, Grietje, David, Marianne, Raphael and Eva have been killed during the Holocaust.
