George Polak, a son of Levi Polak and Marianna Loonstein, married 28 June 1928 in Amsterdam to Maria Polak, a daughter of Abraham Polak and Sophia Koen.
His siblings, who did not survive the Holocaust too, were Mietje, Emanuel, Flora, Isidore, Esther and Duifje.
