About Isidore Markens

Isidore Markens was a son of Abraham Markens and Fronika Goudberg. He was a merchant and a cattle dealer. He married Kaatje Lion in 1904 in Boxmeer. She passed away before the war. They had at least one child. Until 1907 they lived in the Hulsberg part of Valkenburg. From 1907 until 1919 they lived in the Reinaldstraat in Valkenburg. In February 1919 they moved to Maastricht.
