Isidora (Dora) Cortissos worked as an office clerk for the firm L.E. Vis, in agencies, Wanningstraat 4 in Amsterdam. She replaced a non-Jewish employee who was not allowed to work there anymore as a result of the anti-Jewish measures of the nazis.
