Cornelia Gobes was a daughter of Jacob Nathan Gobes and Metje Mozes Kruis. She married in Amsterdam on 13 December 1871 to Jesaias Dresden, son of Joseph Jesaias Dresden and Rachel Stokvis. The couple had five children togheter: Nathan, Jacob, Isaac, Mozes and Rebecca.
Jesaias Dresden passed away in Amsterdam on 17 May 1929.
