Mozes Bierman was a son of Bernard Bierman and Esther Blik. He married Betsie Worms in Amsterdam on 13 August 1903, a daughter of Leendert Worms and Sara Amanda de Leeuw. Children of the couple were Salomon, Simcha, Leendert and Bernard, who died only 5 years old in Apeldoorn
