Records of the Chamber of Commerce of Zwolle show that Leon Louis Pinas was registered since 8 June 1921 as the owner of Hotel Pinas, Beestenmarkt 13 in Zwolle. He sold the Hotel on 1 July 1929 to S.A. Wijnberg.
