About Samuel Binger

Samuel Binger was a son of Gerard Binger and Abigaël de Jong. He married 2 December 1920 in Amsterdam Keetje Engelsman, a daughter of Barend Engelsman and Esther Victors.
In 1923 Samuel, his wife and their baby-daughter left for Antwerp. In August 1929 his wife Keetje Engelsman and her daughter returned to Amsterdam; They lived at various addresses and moved finally 24 February 1938 to Lekstraat 146 III (with Totowitz) in Amsterdam.
Samuel stayed still in Deurne (Belgium), returned in 1938 to Amsterdam and lived per 18 may 1938 at Eerste Oosterparkstraat 173 III, separate from his wife and daughter.
After having stayed at several other addresses, his latest address was per March 1941 Blasiusstraat 140 I, with his sister Annetta van der Velde-Binger.

Samuel had also three brothers and three sisters: Salomon, Abraham, Marcus, Anna, Annetta and Cato. They too have been killed during the Shoah.
