About Leib Laub

Leib Laub arrived in Amsterdam as a German refugee on 23 December 1938. He was known as Leo. He stayed at various collective accommodations of the Palestine Pioneers. From 30 January 1940 until 17 May 1943 he lived at Villa Catharinahoeve, the Jewish youth farm founded for Palestine Pioneers on over two hectares of land in Gouda in 1937.

He was caught in Bergen op Zoom trying to escape to France.
