Carolina de Haan was a daughter of Simon de Haan. She was the eldest of eight children.
Carolina de Haan was married to the tailor Uscher Schwarz. He died in 1931 in Amsterdam. Besides the here mentioned children they had a son Max. Carolina de Haan remarried Isaäc Dasberg on 2 September 1942.
