Susan Samson Reindorp was a son of Benedictus Reindorp and Betje Frank. This was a family with seven children, among them Susan Samson himself, Bertha, Herman and Jetje. Those four did not survive the Holocaust.
On 26 April 1911 Susan Samson married his cousin Flora Reindorp in Amsterdam, daughter of Mozes Reindorp and Betje Blitz.
