About Lodewijk van Brink

Lodewijk van Brink was a son of Israel van Brink and Wilhelmina Stoppelman. He married in Amsterdam on 25 Januari 1911 to Mietje Hekster, daughter of Simon Hekster and Sara Cartoef. The couple had two children: Israel and Selien. The marriage ended however by a divorce on 30 March 1933.
Lodewijk van Brink married again on 2 September 1937 to Christina Francisca Lindeman, from whom he divorced again on 23 Januari 1941.
Lodewijk van Brink had seven siblings: Grietje, who survived the Holocaust, Hendrika, Elisabeth who survived the war too and was married to Simon Gobets, Francina, Elske, married to Mozes Lion de Vries but she passed away already in 1910, (he remarried in 1911 to Les Simons), Lazarus and Schoontje
