Aron van Dijk was the director and major shareholder of the department store ‘Grand Bazaar de la Paix’ in The Hague. He also owned several houses. He lived with his wife on Gevers Deynootplein in Scheveningen, where their children and grandchildren often came to visit them.
Aron van Dijk and Mirjam d' Ancona had seven children: Joseph, Dina, Jacob, Aaltje, Salomon, Israel and Benjamin.
