Hijman Polak, son of Levie Polak and Grietje Slap, married in Zaandam on 18 March 1920 to Anna de Vries, daughter of Meijer de Vries and Mietje Drukker.
His other siblings, who also were killed during the Holocaust were Klaartje, Rebecca, Abraham, Esther and Meijer.
