Juliana Louise Emma Maria Wilhelmina Annaatje Frank was the daughter of Salomon Frank and Frederika Sealtiel. She was named after princess Juliana who was born on the same day.
She married in Amsterdam to Barend van West on 17 March 1926 but they divorced on 10 March 1928. Then she remarried to Machiel Knegje in Amsterdam on 3 April 1929.
