Michel Viskoper was a son of Benjamin Viskoper and Anna van Bever. He was unmarried.
In January 1933 Michel Viskoper moved to Amsterdam, where he lived at several addresses. Per 14 November 1938 he moved in at Nieuwe Achtergracht 101 III, were his brother-in-law Benjamin Nunes Vaz lived and who was married to his sister Marianne Viskoper, until Michel moved again in June 1940 to Den Haag.
Michel was born in a family with seven children. One sister survived the war, however not her husband Sally Swaab. His other siblings were Raphael, Betje, Sara, Marianne and Rebecca. They all have been killed during the Holocaust.
