Abraham Broekhuijsen's first wife was Sibilla Herz. Abraham and Sibilla had one daughter by the name of Leentje Broekhuijsen. Sibilla died in January 1932. Abraham got remarried to Judik Drielsma in May 1932. Judik also had a child from her first marriage: Leo Jacob Cohen.
