The Nijmegen police commissioner requested that Dorothea Kaufman-Mendel, residing at 89 Coehoornstraat in Nijmegen, be located, detained and brought to trial. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding. The request also stipulated that any money found on her person was to be confiscated.
