Rebecca Salomon was a daughter of Jacobus Salomon and Saartje van Hachgenberg, a family with in total thirteen children, of whom she self, Maurits, Joseph, Catharina and Margaretha have died during the Holocaust.
Rebecca married 5 October 1921 in Rotterdam to Liepman Bonavang, a son of Nathan Bonavang and Roosje Velleman.
