Nico Fierlier was the twinbrother of Leon Fierlier. They were children of Barend Fierlier and Aaltje Swaab. Nico had also two other sisters, who both have survived the Holocaust. His father passed away already before the war but his mother Aaltje and his twinbrother Leon have been killed in the Shoah.
Nico was pianist and unmarried. From transit camp Westerbork, were he was registered on 31 July 1942, he was deported to Auschwitz on 3 August 1942 where he lost his life on 30 September 1942.
