About Helga Heijmans

The police commissioner in charge of the juvenile police in Amsterdam requested that the minor Helga Heijmans, residing at 340 Uiterwaardenstraat in Amsterdam and missing since 25 November 1942, be located and returned. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding. Identifying characteristics: 'about 5'7" tall, sturdy build, long, light-blonde hair, blue eyes; attire: brown overcoat, brown sweater, blue skirt, beige stockings, low brown shoes.'
