About Rosette Emanuel-Dresden

Rosette Dresden was a daughter of Gabriel Dresden en Margaretha van der Bokke. Most likely, she got married in Antwerp in the early years of 1940 to Jacob Emanuel from Antwerp, a son of Eduard Emanuel and Maria van Emrik.
She lived with her parents and younger sister Sientje at Boomgaardstraat 201 in Antwerp. Toghether with her sister and mother, Rosette Dresden was deported from Mechelen to Auschwitz on 27 August 1942 with convoy 6 as nr.80. This transport arrived at Auschwitz on 29 August 1942, where Rosette was killed there on 19 September 1942.
Her husband Jacob Emanuel was separately deported from Mechelen to Auschwitz with convoy 17, which arrived in Auschwitz on 3 November 1942.
