Mozes Jacobs was a son of Samuel Jacobs and Betje Dingsdag. He married Rijntje Gokkes in Amsterdam on 18 September 1929, a daughter of Salomon Meyer Gokkes and Rachel Spreekmeester. The couple had two children: Betje and Rachel.
